Autism America - Autism America’s goal is to encourage healthy lifestyles, promote independence and inclusion, and expand personal growth to improve the quality of life for all individuals impacted by autism. They empower parents by providing them with access to autism-related resources and relevant information from credible sources from people who understand autism-related challenges.
Autism Speaks Resource Guide - This online national database allows users to search for autism providers and resources by state and zip code, including support groups in Georgia.
Autistic Self-Advocacy Network - A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by and for autistic people. They work to make sure autistic people are included in policy-making so that laws and policies meet the community’s needs. They support all forms of self-advocacy and change the way people think about autism.
Georgia Autism Center - Helps assist individuals and families of loved ones on the autism spectrum to receive proper diagnoses, aids in developing of individualized treatment plans, and offers support to parents and caregivers.
GCA Centre for Adult Autism - GCA offers support groups and social events for autistic adults, in addition to programs in areas such as parental outreach, workshops, and employment.
Global and Regional Autism Spectrum Partnership - An enrichment nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the empowerment of neurodivergent individuals. They offer virtual autism assessments, coaching sessions, executive and non-profit consulting, continuing education and professional development, and sports programs.
Haley Moss Website - Haley Moss was diagnosed with autism at the age of three and now advocates for other neurodivergent individuals. She serves as a keynote speaker for topics such as education, and corporate training, and expert testimony and consulting.
Neurodevelopmental Assessment & Consulting Services - Led by renowned clinician-scientist Dr. Celine Saulnier, NACS brings research-reliable diagnostic assessments to individuals, their families, their teachers and support networks, and other clinicians and scientists seeking to better understand autism spectrum and related neurodevelopmental disorders.
Parent to Parent of Georgia - This statewide organization provides support and resources for families of children and adults with disabilities, including autism. They offer one-on-one support from trained parent mentors, workshops, and informational resources.
Self Advocates Becoming Empowered - A self-advocacy organization who works to ensure that people with disabilities are treated as equals and that they are given the same decisions, choices, rights, responsibilities, and chances to speak up to empower themselves.
