At LIFE we assess and create a plan to address each client’s challenges directly by teaching concrete, specific tools. During classes and coaching sessions clients are given scenarios and activities where they can apply these tools they are learning in a safe space. Supportive and valuable feedback is offered in real-time to help them push through discomfort, learn they can manage anxiety, and build confidence as their accomplishments are celebrated. We believe there is no one right way to do things there are MANY right ways!

client and what their challenges have been. We work together with our clients to help them recognize their strengths, abilities, and interests while guiding them through the process of making informed decisions. This process may include setting short term and long term goals to, building employment skills, and gaining confidence, as they explore to find a career that is the right match. We are devoted to ensuring each client we serve has ownership in creating their personalized employment plan. The classes and individual services we provide are intended to facilitate personal interdependence through employment.
Once they get the job? We don't stop there. With continued support better outcomes can be achieved. We teach employment skills that clients can use for the rest of their lives.
