Christina is the Program Director for LIFE Behavior Consulting. Christina is dedicated to making sure our clients have everything they need to succeed. Christina earned her Master's degree in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. Christina is a Certified PEERS Provider for Young Adults and PEERS Telehealth.
During graduate school, Christina spent time providing domestic violence and sexual assault counseling at the Northwest YWCA and parent training skills at the Marcus Center. Christina spent many years working in management for Maternal and Infant Support Services at a hospital system serving adolescents and adults.
As Program Director with LIFE, Christina enjoys coaching young adults as they grow their confidence while building a set of tools to increase social success and independence!
Meredith holds a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified PEERS for Young Adults Provider, School Based Provider, and Telehealth provider. Meredith loves working with people with Neurodiverse brain styles to help them learn the skills to build their confidence and independence in working on their goals in life, whatever those may be. Meredith's specialty is helping her clients uncover their strengths and how to apply the skills they are learning out in the real world. She is an advocate for Neurodiversity in the workplace and believes that anyone who has the desire to work CAN work and be successful with the right supports.
She has previously worked at the Marcus Autism center in the Community Autism Program, and has done parent and provider training for the Center for Leadership in disability at Georgia State University in programs with Babies Can't Wait and Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency.
Brandan is a Personal Development Professional at LIFE Behavior. He graduated in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College. In 2017 Brandan took one of the classes in the PEERS curriculum and fell in love with the program. After completing this course, he took a PEERS Certification course taught by Dr. Laugeson, who created the PEERS curriculum, and received his PEERS certification. Brandan joined LIFE Behavior in 2018 and specializes in supporting young adults and teens with independent living and social skills.
Autumn is a Personal Development Professional for LIFE Behavioral Consulting. She is currently working to complete her Bachelor's degree in Sociology, with a minor in Psychology, at Georgia State University. She has previously done work as a Registered Behavioral Technician, and holds her related certification with the BACB. Autumn found her passion in assisting others to develop their skills and improve their lives working as a volunteer recreational soccer coach when she was fifteen years old. Since then, she has sought out opportunities to work directly with others to help themselves in the home, school, afterschool, and clinical setting. She has a particular passion for helping those on the Autism Spectrum, as she has family members who have been diagnosed, and she has seen how a lack of support can affect their overall quality of life.
Ben is a Personal Development Professional at Life Behavior Consulting. As a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Georgia State University, he earned a bachelor's degree in psychology, and possesses a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior. It was through his own journey of overcoming personal challenges, that Ben realized his passion for helping others. He brings a dynamic energy and unwavering commitment to every client interaction, believing that everyone has potential for growth when provided with the right care and assistance.
Cortney is a Personal Development Provider at Life Behavior Consulting. She graduated in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in data analytics from Kennesaw State University. Cortney has previously worked with teens and young adults in positions such as Supplemental Instruction Leader and a Team Facilitator. These opportunities have helped Cortney realize her passion for helping other people. Since then, she has aspired to support individuals by encouraging growth and confidence, and creating a space where differences are celebrated.
Latajah is a passionate Personal Development Coach dedicated to empowering neurodivergent adolescents and adults with the tools and support they need to thrive and make meaningful contributions to society. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at Clark Atlanta University, with an expected graduation in 2026. Her academic journey has deepened her expertise in human behavior, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based development.
Her interest in supporting the neurodivergent community began while working with youth in an after-school program, where she witnessed firsthand the unique strengths and perspectives they bring. Inspired by their creativity, resilience, and depth, she began conducting her own research and became deeply committed to helping neurodivergent individuals recognize and harness what she calls their “superpowers.” Her own lived experiences have shaped her into a resilient and flexible guide, deeply committed to seeing others through a lens of inherent wholeness. Through her holistic and heart-centered approach, Latajah creates transformative spaces where clients feel seen, supported, and capable of sustained growth.
Alex is a personal development professional at LIFE Behavior Consulting. Alex graduated with a Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Georgia in 2025 is currently pursuing his Master's in Social Work at his alma mater. Alex has a history in research with neurodivergent adults, focused on implementing effective supports in relationships and addressing chronic stressors neurodivergent individuals face. He has a special interest in trauma-informed care through this research, recognizing that neurodivergent individuals deal with unique stress that may act as an additional barrier. Through his undergraduate education and research experience, Alex places emphasis on self determination and strengths-based care in his work with others. In his time working in a Crisis Stabilization Unit, as a Resident Assistant, and as a mentor, Alex has a noted passion for working with individuals to improve their wellbeing and ability to make decisions for themselves.
Darius Parris is an Assistant Coach with Life Behavior Consulting, bringing invaluable insight into the experiences of individuals with neurodivergent brain styles.
Darius is dedicated to helping clients build confidence in their social skills, particularly in conversational settings. Known as our Meetup Expert, Darius is excellent helping clients find meetups and community events that are based on their interests where they can practice their skills in real-world situations.
A natural advocate, Darius is skilled at articulating the challenges faced by the neurodivergent community and is committed to sharing the strategies and insights that have positively impacted his own life journey. His dynamic and flexible approach makes him a valuable asset to our team, and his enthusiasm for helping others succeed is inspiring.
Tiffany Beverley, LIFE's Social Media Administrator, graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's degree of Arts in journalism. She joined LIFE Behavior in May 2022 as a social media administrator. Tiffany has had previous experience working in social media and writing for Screen Rant, a website dedicated to pop culture. Tiffany is very passionate about her work and enjoys putting her creative talents to use in the realm of social media!
Kristina Fredericksen, M.S., LPC, CRC, PVE, NCC
Kristina provides vocational evaluation and rehabilitation counseling services at LIFE. As a career specialist, Kristina, helped individuals with disabilities receive and maintain employment. She enjoyed helping others be apart of the community and for the individual to contribute to their community. Kristina had many successes and positive experiences as a career specialist. During her internship at a private practice, she helped develop a business relationship with a Georgia VR office and the private practice. The VR office provided the practice referrals for counseling, comprehensive vocational evaluations, and social and adjustment groups. Kristina enjoyed working with VR clients so much that she has decided to open up a practice, specifically to work with Georgia’s Vocational Rehabilitation Agency and clients in and around the Metro-Atlanta area.
